Mr. Right, Spoil Me

Chapter 91 Buy Memorial Tablet

Chapter 91 Buy Memorial Tablet

Sarah had to convince him for a while before Andrew finally agreed to go back to H City the next day,

and the same night, she wanted to buy some souvenir to bring back. She didn’t came here often, so

she wanted to buy some gifts.

At night, Andrew was driving the car, Sarah was sitting on the side.

The window was open, and it was a wonderful feeling to come out at this time of the day, to breath in

the cool air, it made her feel good and relaxed.

“I haven’t felt like this in a long time.”

Sarah exhaled, ever since her family went bankrupt, she forgot what the feeling of travel was like, she

was working all day everyday, as if she hoped the day had 25 hours. And now, she was more than just

satisfied to watch the night lights blink.

Andrew watched her, and saw how happy she was, it brought him joy, and in his heart, he started to

relax as well.

The woman reached one hand out of the window, tasting the wind outside, it was blowing through her

long black hair, and caused one of it to get stuck on her lips. When she smiled, her eyes squeezed

together, looking like little moons on her face.

He wanted to help her take off that hair from her lips.

“Oh, by the by, last time Anne told me that Granny wanted to have a memorial tablet, she was looking Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

for a long time, but never found the one that Granny wanted. I know which one it is, Andrew, let’s go to

the antique market!”

“Memorial... tablet?”

What was that?

Sarah saw his eyebrows raised, and had to explain to him, “It is just a symbol, Anne’s grandmother

wants to have it, in memory of the ancestors. The older generation needs these traditions.”

“Doesn’t it bring bad luck to buy something like that?”

“Andrew, why do you think too much about that? It’s just a tablet, do you think I will hit a bad stain

tomorrow if I buy it?”

Every time she went to visit Anne, she would hear her grandmother talk about this tablet, and she

knew, that she only wanted it for her late husband. She was a widow, more than 70 years old already,

it’s her only wish.

The world was changing to quickly, it was hard to find these kind of traditional things now, even less

people know about them. Even if she wanted to get one, there are barely people selling them. All she

wanted to do was to grant her this one wish, to make her happy.

“Your choice.” Andrew didn’t say more.

The antique market in S City was famous, just like flea markets in other countries, it was always

crowded, and people came here from all over the country to buy all kinds of weird things.

Sarah got off the car, and squeezed herself into the crowd.

“Andrew, look!”

She took two dolls, and put them to her lips for a kiss, she really liked it, but in the next second, he

threw them back to where she took them from, and looked at her disgusted, “It’s all dirty, don’t let me

see you do that again, otherwise I will clean your mouth right here.”

He didn’t want her to kiss these things.

Sarah just wanted to tease him, but when he said that, she had no fun in it anymore.

“Go wait for me in the car, I will walk around a bit.”

She didn’t want her good mood to be ruined by this one person, she liked these antique stores and little

weird things, she always thought that they were interesting.

Andrew didn’t mind her, and kept following her.

“Let’s look for the tablet, and go back.”

He didn’t want to waste so much time on this.

Some things, needed time to be talked about.

Sarah looked at him annoyed, go back go back go back. Everything she did only got the comment that

she had to go back sooner. So annoying!

It was a coincidence, that they only took a few steps, when she saw their target!

“Andrew, look!”

They saw it at the stall of an old man, it was exactly the tablet that Anne’s grandmother was talking

about, as if it was made just for her, and she had to do nothing at all.

“What are you waiting for, pay and let’s go.”

Sarah was about to go over, but then another older lady was faster than her, and bought it.

She was so surprised that she stared at the empty place for a while, “Oh... no...”

Andrew looked at her, his face was indescribable dark.

“Mister, do you have another one of those memorial tablets that you just sold? I want to buy one.”

The old man was looking at Sarah, as if he was curious about why such a young lady would buy

something like that.

“I do, you want it?”

She nodded quickly.

The seller was still not quite convinced by her, but he only cared about his business, “I don’t have it

here with me, if you really want it, I will have to fetch it from home. Do you still want it?”

Sarah thought for a while, they only had tonight left, “Sure, where do you live?”

The old man pointed to a place not far from there, one small wooden house, it was a little on the side of

the market, “Just there, my house has everything, all the people who live around here buy from me.”

“Okay, I will come with you, it’s not that far.” Sarah said.

“I’ll go.”

Andrew suddenly took a step forward, and said to her, “You stay here, I will go with him.”

The old man watched the young couple, and thought that they did fit together, but then he shook his

head because Andrew looked at him as if he was going to eat Sarah, “Young man, are you afraid that

an 70 year old guy will touch this young lady? Don’t you trust me?”

Andrew wanted to say something, but Sarah stopped him in her low voice, “If you dare to say anything

now, you will sleep alone in the neighbour room, what’s the point of you going? You don’t even know

which one I want, then I will have to come anyways. It’s just this little distance, we will be fast, and

nothing will happen.”

Maybe he has been too long in the real world, and was doubting every little thing.

Andrew was quiet.

“Young lady, you should ask him to stay here and take care of my stall, I won’t even allow him to come

with us, maybe I would hit him.”

Sarah suddenly saw Andrew standing here to take care of the old man’s business, and couldn’t help

but to laugh, then she went with him, “Mister, I will come with you, he can wait here for us.”

Andrew knitted his brows, “Sarah, Sarah!”

He was about to follow them, but his phone started to buzz.

When he raised his head again, she was already gone.

The name on his screen cause Andrew to frown, he waited for a few seconds, then took the call, but he

was still staring into the direction where Sarah vanished, as if he was trying to pull her back with his

gaze.

“I am outside, it’s already late...”

A few seconds later, Andrew’s face expression changed drastically, he walked away, and the stall had

no one to look after it anymore.

...

“Mister, your home is right in front, right?”

Sarah has turned on the flashlight on her phone, and tried to look for the way with the little light she

could get.

Why was this way darker than the one he had pointed at before? How should she walk on this?

“We are almost there!”

The man chuckled, and pointed to the house, then led her to the small wooden cabin. Sarah followed

him.

Finally...

“See, young lady, it would only be a 10 minute walk, pretty close.”

The old man wiped the sweat on his forehead, and opened the door, leading Sarah into the cabin.

Inside, was full of all kinds of memorial tablets. She could also hear the sound of wood being sawed,

and she saw... a crowd of men working on them.
