Mr. Neal, Mrs. Neal’s Gone With The Money

Chapter 641

Chapter 641

A sense of foreboding rose within Cynthia

The host then sent a screenshot along with a message, [Someone has exposed that Joshua of Neal Group is involved in an accident.]

Ellora opened the screenshot. It was a few hundred words written by a blogger detailing the situation, along with a cute, hand- drawn image of Joshua injured and in trouble.

Cynthia memorized the ID at a glance.

After downloading an app on her phone, she quickly searched for the ID to see for herself.

The post from the blogger spanned hundreds of words and made no specific reference to the Neal Group or Joshua. However, to the discerning eye, it was clear who the blogger referred to. There were even pictures. They were not actual images of Joshua, but the stylized, chiht–style character, complete with clothing and minute details, resembled Joshua uncannily. Cynthia now understood why her previous blocking efforts had not taken effect. These people had found a new way to inform the public.

“Do we need to take any action?” Ellora ventured to ask, noticing Cynthia’s expression slightly clouding over.

“Not for now. It should not create much of a stir or trend on social media,” Cynthia replied after a brief glance at the screen.

“Are you sure?NôvelDrama.Org holds this content.

“Yes.”

After taking special measures and notifying the relevant people, no one would dare report Joshua’s matters without the Neal Group’s permission, especially sensitive ones like this. Meanwhile, the blog post rapidly accumulated comments.

[Who is this about?]

It feels like he’s said everything and yet nothing.1

[Can anyone kindly tell me who the blogger is talking about?]

[This has to be about the legend of the business world, right?)

[Oh my! No wonder I couldn’t type out his name or his initials. They’ve intervened!]

[Is this information credible?

[My friend works for that company in the capital city branch. He said their bess and a special assistant were handling all affairs for a few months, and the boss has since disappeared.]

[Based on that, the blogger’s intel must be true]

As the number of comments increased, Cynthia’s expression became more somber. Ellora, familiar with the entertainment Industry, weighed her words before suggesting, “Cynthia.”

“Yes?”

As the comments mounted, she continued, “You should ask the Neal Group to manage their public relations carefully, While trending topics may not directly refer to the Neal Group or Joshua’s incident, they can be under many other keywords. Once it trends, it’ll spark all kinds of digging by netizens. Even if the news gets suppressed, the curiosity of the public will keep the discussion alive

Cynthia, not well–versed in such matters, decided to talor Ellora’s advice “Alright”

With a mix of feelings, she placed a call to Yoel, knowing he was better equipped than Joshua to deal with such situations.

“Ms Yates?” Yoel answered promptly

“I’ve just sent you a screenshot. Have a lack when you can. If anything about Joshua trends, make sure the PR department a Neal Group handles it,” Cynthia began, her tone serious

“Understood,” Yoel responded calmly.

After a sound of acknowledgment, Cynthia hung up the call. As soon as the call ended, Yoel looked at the screenshot. Unlike Cynthia’s concern, he seemed rather composed. Given his boss was currently line, any baseless online remors could be dealt with legally. After scanning through the comments and finding no direct mentions of his boss, be immediately thought of Cynthia

Yoel texted, (Ms. Yates, did you put a block on the boss’s name online?]

Cynthia replied, [Yes]

Yorl suggested, You can lift it now. It’ll make it easier for us to take action.)

Cynthia, after borrowing Ellora’s laptop, quickly lifted the block, trusting Voel’s judgment. She then decided to leave it in his capable hands..

About half an hour later, a new trending topic emerged.

#Someone’sHdAccident

Behind the trend, the word ‘Hot‘ appeared.
